Pet Tags
Man, I'm so irritated.
I just received four pets tags that I ordered for Bev and Mary Margaret (two for Brooklyn and two for LA) and they're all messed up. Not only did they leave off the "Margaret" on Mary Margaret's tags, but the text isn't centered correctly and runs off the right side on all four of them. (The last letter of the address is cut in half.) The tags themselves are also ugly. The edges aren't smoothed out... they look like someone just cut them from a piece of sheet metal and called it a day.
So anyway, I got them this morning on my way to Starbucks (yesterday's mail), so while I was there, I started drafting a strongly-worded letter in my head, like what I was going to say to these people when I sent them back.
And then I saw it.
In tiny print on the bottom of the invoice it said, "Our handicapped employees appreciate your order."
So now I can't send them back. If I did I'd be a total asshole.
I'm just going to order new ones from someplace else. Any recommendations?

Willow & Jaden Smith's "Transformers" Night Out
They're quite the dynamic duo, and Willow and Jaden Smith were among the stars attending the premiere of ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? in New York City on Tuesday night (June 28).
The ?Whip My Hair? singer and her ?Karate Kid? brother posed for pictures together on the red carpet in Times Square before heading inside for the screening of the Shia LaBeouf fronted picture.
Prior to the event, an excited Jaden took to his Twitter page to keep his fans in the loop by writing, ?Going To See Transformers.?
Meanwhile, over the weekend the siblings tied for the BET Awards Youngstar honor, which recognizes young talent on the rise.

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps Release Music Video for "Chic C'est La Vie," World Groans
We really shouldn't post this story under our "music" tag.
But Countess LuAnn de Lesseps has released the official video for "Chic C'est La Vie," the track she hopes will ratchet up her non-existent singing career.
The Countess received help from from Real Housewives of New York castmates Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon, but couldn't believe they were the only ones to volunteer.
"It was very disappointing that the other ladies wouldn't be part of it. The other girls didn't come, they didn't think it was appropriate. I didn't want anyone to feel like they were being excluded so I invited everyone. And let's face it, I sing about them in the song."
The term "sing" is used VERY loosely, as you can see/listen to here:

Cameron Diaz Bad Teacher Interview
From Bad Teacher costar Justin Timberlake to current beau Alex Rodriguez, Cameron Diaz has certainly had her share of hot celebrity boyfriends. And the actress admits that her acute interest in the opposite sex goes all the way back to middle school.
"I was always boy-crazy," the actress, 38, tells iVillage exclusively. "I always loved the boys, so junior high was sort of torture for me because it was the puberty time and everyone was like awkward and not knowing."
Luckily, Diaz outgrew the puberty phase, but the awkwardness returned when she teamed up with ex-boyfriend Timberlake for the upcoming raunchy comedy, Bad Teacher (in theaters June 24). Diaz and and the singer-actor, who dated for four years until 2007, not only had to work together -- they also had to simulate sex while clothed for the cameras! "We strived to create the least sexiest sex scene ever put on film," she says. "So it was all about the awkwardness."

Miley Cyrus Bum-Rushed by Fan on Stage
It's a weird week to be a teenage pop star. On Thursday, Justin Bieber got tackled by an undercover cop at Macy's in New York City. And on Friday, Miley Cyrus was bum-rushed from behind by a diminutive fan while performing her power ballad "The Climb" at a concert in Melbourne, Australia.
Both singers are perfectly okay, though both were a bit spooked by the incidents. In Miley's case, it looked like the little whippersnapper just wanted to give her a hug. A very creepy hug from behind -- but a hug nonetheless. A security guard reacted quickly, nearly knocking Miley off the stage while extricating the singer from the mini-fan's embrace. As the guard (surprisingly gently) placed the girl back in the audience, Miley could be heard gasping, "Oh my God," twice into the microphone. The guard then took Miley by the arm, and together they ran off the back of the stage. Now that's what you call a performance!

So a Lady and Her Monkey Walk Into a Petsmart...
I went to Petsmart yesterday to get some things for little Mary Margaret, and while I was pulling into the parking lot, I passed a lady getting out of her car with a monkey on her shoulders.
Of course I came to a screeching halt because there was a lady getting our of her car WITH A MONKEY ON HER SHOULDERS, and that's just something you don't see every day.
I proceeded to take a photo...
...but then thought it would be better to capture the craziness on video, so here it is:

When I told Mark about the lady and her monkey and showed him my movie, he said, "You really are crazy." I was like, "I'm crazy? THE MONKEY WAS WEARING A DIAPER AND PEARLS."

I realize I now have one cat and two dogs, but at least I don't walk around with a monkey on my shoulders. (Yet.)

Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail Despite Failed Drug Test
Luck was on Lindsay Lohan?s side today. A judge ruled that she was only guilty of poor judgment but did give her some new restrictions for her house arrest. Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lilo did not violate her probation even though she failed her drug test because of alcohol. Sautner claims that previous judge, Elden Fox only asked for the mandatory testing to be for drugs not alcohol. Therefore technically Lohan did nothing wrong by having a little party and some drinks. Girl got off on a technicality because Judge Sautner said the only thing she was guilty of was poor judgment. Does Lindsay have any other kind of judgment? If you think Lindsay left her court session today without any ramifications for her actions well you would be right. The probation department is no longer allowed to test Lohan either. However the washed up starlet did get a little scolding if you will. She is only allowed to have one friend over at a time in addition to her crazy family members. The judge was basically saying no parties which in my opinion should have been clear already but Lilo obviously needed it to be reiterated to her. [...]

According to People, the FBI nabbed Bulger -- a staple on the Bureau's Ten Most Wanted list for the better part of the last two decades -- in California on Wednesday.
Bulger, now 81, was wanted for his role in 19 murders in the 1970s and 1980s in connection with his organized crime ring in the Boston, Mass., area. A former FBI informant, Bulger fled from authorities in January 1995, when retired agent John J. Connolly warned him that his indictment was imminent on charges of racketeering. When Bulger's mob associates found out he was an informant, they aided the FBI in unearthing the graves of Bulger's various victims.
The FBI had long supposed that Bulger was hiding out in California, but hadn't been able to pin down his location. They caught a break in the case last week, after airing some new daytime TV spots aimed at female viewers, describing in detail what was known about Bulger's girlfriend, 60-year-old Catherine Greig. Greig, a dental hygienist, is obsessed with her appearance, frequenting plastic surgeons, teeth cleaners, and beauty salons, a very specific profile which the FBI utilized in notifying the public. After the spots ran for a couple of days, the FBI received a tip that a couple matching the description of Bulger and Greig were holed up in an apartment in Santa Monica, Ca. The FBI arrested them there without incident.
The capture of Bulger was a welcome relief to the FBI. As Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian Kelly told reporters this morning, "It's a long time coming, and we're glad he's finally in custody."
Bulger is set to appear in court Thursday, where he will finally face charges of murder, money laundering, extortion and narcotics distribution. Greig will be charged with harboring a fugitive.
