Kara DioGuardi Lands Two Bravo Deals

Now that former Idol judge Kara DioGuardi has recovered from her pot brownie debacle, she is ready to take on a new series for Bravo about the music business. She will also be head judge on the upcoming show, Platinum Hit. For the docu-series, the network will be following the singer/songwriter in a new show that is being described as part documentary, part reality television. The idea is that cameras will follow her through the nitty gritty side of the music business, something that she obviously has experience with. On top of that, she will be the main judge in a new singing talent show as well. Even though the show sounds good, the prize is kind of lame. It is only offering a $100,000 cash prize and of course, a recording contract. There is no way it can compete with American Idol or The Voice, or especially X-Factor, which is supposed to have an insane prize. I heard it may even be multi-millions!
