Not giving in to the pressures of stardom, Kate Winslet has formed a special group to fight back against Hollywood ageism by teaming up with Rachel Weisz and Emma Thompson to form the British Anti-Cosmetic Surgery League.
The 35-year-old Lancome beauty ambassador, who has loudly voiced her displeasure with magazines' very-noticeable over-photoshopping of her in the past, says she'll "never" give in to going under the knife and is encouraging others to age naturally as well.
"It goes against my morals, the way that my parents brought me up and what I consider to be natural beauty," she said. "I am an actress. I don't want to freeze the expression of my face," Kate told press.
Her fellow Brit bombshell agreed, as Miss Weisz explained, "People who look too perfect don't look sexy or particularly beautiful."
Furthering the group's stance on surgical enhancements, 60-year-old Emma prompted, "I'm not fiddling about with myself. We're in this awful youth-driven thing now where everybody needs to look 30 at 60."
